Nestled in the woods of 'Downeast' Maine, you'll find quiet solitude, and unbelievable beauty at Indian Lake. Come experience an affordable alternative to "tourist traps", traffic and motels. This is Maine as it should be -- natural, peaceful and serene.

The cabin is well maintained, just steps from one of the most beautiful lakes in the area, and easy to get to. This is a wonderful place to spend a week in the clutches of nature and yet have the convenience of near-by communities. Bring the kids and settle into a wonderful week of peace and quiet. 

Some Details

Blueberry cottage is owned by Chet and Serita Childs. The cottage will sleep 6 and rents for $500 per week plus 7% State Tax. Sandy River Cottage, the ocean-front cottage, rents for $700 per week. Both are fully equipped, and include everything but food, consumables, and your linens. Rent is from Saturday 3 PM, until 10 AM the following Saturday. Reservations are a must.  A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your time slot.  Deposits are non-refundable if your stay is cancelled less than 60 days of arrival.
